Weekly schedule:

Monday: Basic Intermediate Class

Tuesday: Flexibility Focused Intermediate Class

Wednesday: Strength Focused Intermediate Class

Thursday: Basic Intermediate Class

Friday: Restorative Class: a slower Yin class with longer holds incorporating self myofascial release techniques

Saturday: Basic Intermediate Class

Class is attended through Zoom.

Day pass attendees must register for the class by 8am, one hour before class begins, to receive the Zoom link needed to attend.

When purchasing your class, or if you purchase multiple classes, please list the date/dates of the class you would like to attend in your order notes upon checkout.

I do not offer a refund for Day Pass students. If you miss class, you can choose a different date to attend.
