In this month’s Time to Align Workshop we are going to focus on a series of back bends & twists: Standing Back Bend, Crescent Lunge, Salute to the G’s, Cobra, Puppy, Wheel, Ghosh Spine Twist, Seated Spine Twist, Super Soldier, and Wide Angle Twist.

Expect tons of corrections and to work for your best alignment. You will discover how to get the most out of these postures and become more efficient in each one, so as to have increased energy for your practice.
