Purchase an online yoga single class pass and join yoga instructor, Tori Hicks-Glogowski for this one-hour traditional hatha yoga class via Zoom.
Class begins at 9am CST.
Based on the Ghosh system of eighty-four asanas, this intermediate level sequence will challenge you to take your practice to new places and spaces through arm balancing postures, inversions, deep back bends, and salutations. A foundational practice that will ground you and help you to set solid goals for your overall health and well-being.
This traditional hatha yoga class is a healing practice. You will work at your own pace and learn to build postures, gaining strength and flexibility along the way. All levels are encouraged to attend, though some basic yoga knowledge is desired.
Tori’s online yoga sessions are unlike anything else out there. You will not be muted during class unless you decide to be muted. Expect real time corrections and to have the ability to ask questions in the moment – not just before or after class. This session has that in-studio feel while you are in the comfort, safety, and convenience of your own home.
Single Class attendees must register for this class by 8am CST, one hour before class begins at 9am CST, to receive the Zoom link needed to attend.
Upon purchase of the class, you will receive an email from Tori with the required Zoom links to access class.
Tori does not offer a refund for single class passes. If for some reason you miss class, you can choose a different date to attend.
