CLASS BEGINS DAILY AT 9AM CST MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

Weekly schedule:

Monday: Intermediate Ghosh 60

Tuesday: Intermediate Hatha Yoga Flow

Wednesday: Intermediate Ghosh 60

Thursday: Intermediate Hatha Yoga Flow

Friday: Restorative Yoga: a slower Yin class with longer holds incorporating self myofascial release techniques

Saturday: 90-minute Intermediate Hatha Yoga

Class is attended through Zoom.

Attendees on the 5-class pack must register and pay for the class by 8am, one hour before class begins, to receive the Zoom link needed to attend.

When purchasing your class pack, please list the dates of the classes you would like to attend in your order notes upon checkout.

I guarantee you will love this class. If you take one class and decide within 24-hours of that class it’s not for you, I will offer you a refund minus the day pass rate of $12 USD.
