- An overview the seven chakras and why they are important to you.
- The Chakra System and your emotions. How they are connected and where are you blocked?
- An overall experience of ways to clear your energy centers for optimal health and life balance, including:
- A unique chakra balancing yoga sequence.
- A guided meditation.
